Choosing a Disney Resort

Choosing Your Disney Resort

All other things being equal, where you stay at Disney has the biggest impact on your vacation budget. For this reason, accommodations are the first decision I will guide you through.

Disney has 3 levels of resorts with prices and amenities to match: Value, Moderate, and Deluxe / Deluxe Villa. The great thing is that they ALL share the important qualities that Disney is known for – fantastic customer service, cleanliness, attention to detail and wonderful Disney theming.

Also, regardless of which Disney resort you choose, you still receive all the great benefits of staying “on property” like Magic Bands, Disney’s Magical Express (free airport transportation), free parking at the Disney parks, transportation all around Disney World via buses, monorails and boats, Extra Magic Hours, priority in making dining reservations and Fastpass reservations, the ability to add a dining plan to your package, proximity to the parks and (I think) best of all – that feeling of never leaving the magic. Sounds corny, I know – but true!
